What areas do you serve?
Brazclean has offered commercial cleaning services since 2006 and proudly covers the entire Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Grimsby, Lincoln, Thorold, Fort Erie, Pelham, Port Colborne, and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
We also serve businesses throughout Southern Ontario, including Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton and Toronto.
Besides Ontario, our Moncton office provides commercial cleaning services in New Brunswick, including Saint John, Halifax, Moncton, Sussex, Amherst, Sackville, Shediac, Riverview and surrounding areas.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing is typically based on the facility’s size, the required services, and the cleaning frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). We will provide a customized, no-obligation quote after an initial on-site assessment.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We do not require a long-term contract; services can often be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
Services & Logistics
What specific services do you offer?
Services can range from basic daily cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation) to specialized options like hard floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing), carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, window washing, and post-construction cleaning.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Unless otherwise, all services include commercial grade cleaning chemicals, garbage liners, dusters, single use wipes, labor, and all equipment required to accomplish task.
Will the cleaning disrupt my business operations?
No, we will work with you to schedule cleaning times that are least disruptive, often after hours or on weekends. We can develop a customized program to clean in sections if your facility operates 24/7.
Do you offer eco-friendly or "green" cleaning options?
Yes, we can offer green cleaning solutions using non-toxic products to promote a healthier work environment.
Staff & Quality Control
Are your cleaning staff trained, insured, and background-checked?
Yes, we ensure all employees are fully trained, insured and bonded. We conduct high-level police and criminal record checks of all employees for peace of mind.
Will I always have the same cleaner/team?
Yes, we strive for consistency and continuity by assigning the same team members to a facility to build trust and familiarity with the site.
How do you ensure quality and consistency?
Our quality assurance programs typically involve regular, often surprise, inspections by QA manager and/or supervisors and records and reports are generated for client and employee feedback. This allows for promptly addressing any issues.
