How much do your services cost?

Pricing is typically based on the facility’s size, the required services, and the cleaning frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). We will provide a customized, no-obligation quote after an initial on-site assessment.

We do not require a long-term contract; services can often be canceled with a 30-day written notice.

Services & Logistics

What specific services do you offer?

Services can range from basic daily cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation) to specialized options like hard floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing), carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, window washing, and post-construction cleaning.

Unless otherwise, all services include commercial grade cleaning chemicals, garbage liners, dusters, single use wipes, labor, and all equipment required to accomplish task.

No, we will work with you to schedule cleaning times that are least disruptive, often after hours or on weekends. We can develop a customized program to clean in sections if your facility operates 24/7.

Yes, we can offer green cleaning solutions using non-toxic products to promote a healthier work environment.

Are your cleaning staff trained, insured, and background-checked?

Yes, we ensure all employees are fully trained, insured and bonded. We conduct high-level police and criminal record checks of all employees for peace of mind.

Yes, we strive for consistency and continuity by assigning the same team members to a facility to build trust and familiarity with the site.

Our quality assurance programs typically involve regular, often surprise, inspections by QA manager and/or supervisors and records and reports are generated for client and employee feedback. This allows for promptly addressing any issues.
